About Us

The present site of Linden Gardens was a family fruit farm for over 75 years, one of the first in the Kaleden area.  In 2000, Ken and Margaret Hayter decided it was time for change. What began as a hobby through the 1990's started to take on a life of it's own and by the spring of 2006 had morphed into a 9 acre garden of flowers, trees, shrubs, ponds and streams.

At the heart Linden Gardens you will find the Frog City Cafe where you can enjoy a hearty and delicious lunch or snack as well as one of our fine coffees in our espresso bar. This one of a kind building is a showpiece of west coast architecture and is a great site for hosting most special events.

• Frog City Café has capacity of 150 people and 200 + on the manicured lawns outside.
• In-house catering available from Fancy Frog Catering Co.
• Established in the spring of 2010, Fancy Frog Catering has a menu for any event. Lunch, Dinner, Hors d'oeuvres, specialty platters, etc.
